Unable to switch devices

I am unable to sign out of all devices and contacting Now TV is near enough impossible. I have followed the steps but it won't allow me to sign out of all devices


I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do? Which devices are you having trouble with? You cannot "sign out" via My Account. To contact NOW TV click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here.

Unable how? Can’t find it? Gives an error message?  Appears to work, but devices other than the one you are doing it on stay logged in?

What is the purpose of you doing this? (I know there are several reasons, but it would be useful to know which one(s) in this particular case)

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Are you trying to watch NOW on another device after watching on one and don’t have boost?

If so you need to do a clean exit of the stream by hitting back to get to the homepage. Switching off etc won’t do anything and you’ll be forced to wait around 10 minutes to start watching on another.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
