Hello,
I have been having problems logging into my account since installing the broadband.
I've been having broadband spikes, so I naturally wanted to check the coverage, but I can't do anything as I can't access my account.
I tried all different browsers out there, updated all software to no avail. Once accidentally I think, the website changed the layout and I managed to log in, just to be redirected to a message saying that there has been a problem with my account and that I should contact 0344 241 1280. I did, but because they couldn't recognise my number (saying that it isn't any of their accounts' main number, which it is), I had to hang up, as the call wasn't moved up the queue to the customer support.
Is there anyone I can contact about this? I've seen on you forums the issue had been reported in April, I would expect this to be resolved by now right? Or does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks!
