I have been trying to restart a membership for a while now. I can log in (i dint have active memberships) I select the entertainment package and proceed to payment details. After inputing and going through the bank check (i've tried both text message code and authorise via the app) i get a message "error signing up" and i cannot start a membership.
I have tried this with both my debit care and credit card and get the same message. I have tried on my laptop and iphone but get the same message. I have also tried two different browsers and get the same message.
It seems i am just unable to purchase a monthly subscription. Of course there are no telephone contacts for help and not even any live chat so there doesn't seem to be much to do about it!
