When I log into my account, there no information relating to my Broadband. No payments showing or possibility to change broadband settings. Its like it does not know I have broadband and is trying to sell it to me. And yes, I am using the email address used to set up the broadband in the first place.

This is usually caused by you inadvertently having more than one account, though I know you said it’s the email address you signed up with.
