I tried to purchase passes about two weeks ago, but when I log in it just says that "We're having trouble displaying your Passes" under Passes and Vouchers, as well as Bills & Payments section. I am unable to view anything.
When I try and add a pass to my basket, nothing happens. I've tried different web browsers and the app that is part of the TalkTalk MythTV box.
How do I contact someone in tech support who can help?
