I have recieved an email stating the latest payment is unable to be taken. I am self employed and due to having to shut down business due to covid 19 I am unemployed for the forseeable.
I need to contact customer services to find a solution as I would like to keep my services but at a loss.

I am in a position where my employment has ceased due to recent pandemic, I can not reach anyone via now tv to discuss that my payment will be late, what can i do very worried

I am not a broadband customer, so I am unsure of the procedure to follow with your issue.
What I can recommend is to fill in the below form and hopefully you get a quick response. There is a freephone number that you can find on the link too, but with the lock-down I can't recall if this is also down.

Its actually not for broadband its for my TV, the number is only accepting calls in regards to Broadband.
I think I am sorted i.e. able to make the payment this month.
NowTv need to instruct us on the best form of contact when it comes to passes etc.
