I am a new customer at NowTV and I am trying to pay for a subscription to the super fiber broadband. I get to the stage where I pay for the upfront fee and I keep getting a message 'We're sorry but something has gone wrong' after authorizing payment through my banking app.
The problem is not with my bank card as it still works elsewhere.
I have tried with a different card and it still does not work with the same error message.

If a different internet browser doesn't make any difference, then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team for further assistance.
