Hi I keep trying to pay my bill online and it doesn’t take the payment and pings me back to the payment start page. Money is there but it keeps glitching any ideas on how to get this sorted as my broadband is now locked

You need to call the broadband team to get anything broadband related sorted. See link below the number.
