Unable to contact nowtv

Hi,

 

I've tried messaging the support line twice from following links on https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch/ in regards to taking payment for a cancelled service. Despite saying they aim to get back in touch within 24 hours, these have gone unanswered

 

I've sat for countless amount of hours waiting on an advisor that never appears for days in a row. 

 

This is a truly shocking service and I'm about ready to go to Cosumer's rights about how difficult it is to get in contact with someone who actually works for NowTV to get a refund for a service I cancelled. 

 

Has anyone actually been in contact with NowTv? How long did it take? 

 

Did anyone go to Sky when they couldn't get in touch with someone from NowTv? 

 

If not, has anyone been in touch with consumer boards to raise issues with this service provider?

Welcome to the forum. The other alternative is to pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.

 

I'll also tag @Tony-D from the NOW TV Team to see if he can help you directly.

nobody will answer the phone and my issue is making a racket at nights. How infuriating.
