Unable to change payment method

Hi there, 


I'm currently trying to change the bank now tv takes the money from and possibly change the date it comes out (if possible) but I'm being given the same message every time (some of the details are incorrect please check blahblahblah). 


Now, I've spent most of the morning doing this to my other services with no issues at all.


Would it be because there is a payment due on the 17th and maybe that won't leave enough time for them to set the payment up or could it be something else?
