Unable to change or see payment details

My monthly payment is correctly billed on my card, but I am unable to change my payment details and I keep getting an error message on this page:

"Oops, we don't appear to have any payment details set up for your account
Please provide the card details you want to use for all future payments.
Oops something went wrong"

Bit of a long shot, but before accessing your NowTV website account, try a different internet browser or try using your browser in a private window or incognito mode.


Apart from that see if NowTV live chat can assist you further.
