Unable to cancel passes.

Hi,

I want to cancel my SktSports Pass and HD upgrade pass but can't. On the Passes and Vouchers page I get this message:

"We're having trouble displaying your Passes

Please wait a moment and try again."

The problem is if I can't see the pass I can't cancel it.

Help please and Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous User 

See if using a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it makes any difference when accessing your online account to cancel the passes.

Many thanks. You saved me some hair pulling!

I switched browser from Firefox to Chrome. I could then see the passes and cancel them.
