I have just joined NOW- still in my 14 day cooling off.
My issue is similar - when I land at My Account/Payment Details the Billing address shown is correct, and when opening the 'TV Subscription' that too is correct, when I open Broadband Payments, the supply address (its a holiday home) is shown, not the billing address. Edge & Chrome browsers with cleared cache makes no difference
Called up the CS desk & they confirmed it their end so I am being passed to technical services as TV billing address is correct to card, Broadband is not.
On hold so filling time here & crossing fingers that the tech is just showing wrong address.
Currently a Plusnet customer at the supply address and so rather hold here & get it resolved !
