This website is abysmal, a travesty in all senses of the word.
I had to go through this exact same nonsense last month - When I told - By an online chat agent that my account had been CANCELLED.
Today however, I've been charged. When I really need that money desperate and now it is affecting my financial situation. Causing major distress.
I have tried on multiple browsers today to attempt to get a refund via the Live Chat Agent option. However that Is not working. There is no contact number either and I need this refund very urgently.
I have not used NOWTV in over 2 months, yet I am still being charged.
This is a poor show of service. Quick enough to take the money/not quick enough to help when its needed.
