Why have Nowtv taken 2 payments this months of all months, why no help that actually helps. Fuming. No real contact, the company is not helpful.

Its more likely down to a glitch in the system when you were taking out a pass in the first place.
As we are all customers like yourself we can only give you advice and links to get in touch with Now TV staff directly.
First you should check this link to ensure you only have 1 account with your payment details

thanks for your input, as far as I can see I basically do everything to get my own money back. I’ve been on chat, still waiting for result. Very poor service, it’s like the police giving me all the tools to get evidence of a crime. Ridiculous.
