Tv channels..

Can anyone help? I can't seem to get any channels on my tv. Now Tv is fine but and I have the tv aerial in situ correctly!!

A few things you could try on your smart box.

 

1. Try a fresh TV channel re scan by going into the box menu settings.

 

2. Check on this website below if there is any schedule maintenance work in your area which could effect the TV signal reception.

3. Does the TV channels show, when you connect the TV aerial directly into the back of the aerial socket on your television (if not and there is no maintenance work in your area, then the TV aerial needs further investigation).

 

4. Last resort try a factory reset on the smart box by going into the box menu settings and once you have set up your box again from scratch entering your WiFi details, nowtv username and password then re scan your TV channels on the box making sure the TV aerial is connected.

Have you got the smart box with the Freeview channels that is connected to a TV aerial and there is no Freeview TV channels shown, but NowTV content over the internet plays fine ?
