Trying to renew broadband/offer for my 90 year old father

Hi - this is an unusual question. The account holder is my 90 year old father (who doesn't live with me). I set the Now TV broadband/phone account up for him a year ago. He's received an offer code to renew which he'd like to accept, but we can't find a way of redeeming it because he's incapable of phoning you due to his age, even to delegate to me.

 

Wondering if there's a way round this?

Problem sorted. He surprised me and managed to get through to redeem the offer.
