I have been trying since 9am this morning to get thru on chat to cancel.
It's a joke,customer service ZERO.
Eady to sign up but Nowtv make it way to difficult to cancel.
I'm being charged still for my last home since I moved to BT at my new house.
@Vm10 you can cancel passes through your account. While logged in via the browser site click on the little man at the top right, manage account, passes and vouchers and then click on cancel pass. Cancelling is a 3 or 4 stage process that culminates in a confirmation screen and a corresponding email. You have to keep working through the screens until you get both. You will need to do this for each active pass.

Subscriptions, I get it you take a three month offer and you navigate as much as you can to see if at the end it is the end. In my case at the end I had problems accessing sport so assumed that was it but of course I should have realized it wasn't and then the time taken to find how to cancel, being asked three times if I am sure and the then the longest T&C before making a simple comment which conceivable are there to deter post like mine. Please make it clearer when subscribing to short term offers and easier to cancel Now TV
