Trying to cancel subscription

I want to cancel my subscription but after following the instructions several times I still cant manage to do this, please can someone help me. the option to go to my account is usless it does nothing but take me back to main page. trying contacting now tv direct that is also usless...

There is a email address several posts up from yours. This you can send an email to customer service.

Look at the post directly up from yours. 

There is no phone number for TV passes, the phone number is ONLY for broadband.

If trying to access My Account keeps taking you back to the homepage this usually means you have created more than one account, and the account you are trying to log into has not been set up fully. If you definitely have a subscription already then this will be under a different username and password, and you need to log into that account instead.

Can someone help me cancel my subscription... it was supposed to be a free trial through my phone network deal and I’ve been paying every month.

i have tirelessly tried to login and cancel this.when I go to ‘my passes’ it doesn’t even display that I have a live pass so even more frustrating to see £10 coming out of my account every month!!
