Trying to cancel subscription

Hi,

I've just recieved a text explaining my free bundle for NOW tv will end in 30 days and ill be charged £7.99 a month if I dont cancel it.  I have tried to cancel it on your website and on My Vodafone App, yet this is proving to be impossible.

I need this Cancelling ASAP.

Welcome to the forum. Is this the pass that came with your contract as an offer? If so you'll need to cancel it via Vodafone by calling 191 from your handset. More info here

My pass has expired and i have now been charges £9.99 for the next month. I tried to log on the other day to cancel before it ran out but could not figure it out. Now im down £9.99. Can anyone help?
