Trying to cancel subscription

I want to cancel my subscription but after following the instructions several times I still cant manage to do this, please can someone help me. the option to go to my account is usless it does nothing but take me back to main page. trying contacting now tv direct that is also usless...

Have you tried link above? If that doesn't work you need live chat between 8am and midnight i think the times are now.

Hi yes i have tried everything ,i have caled sky not realising they were shut at 8pm,this is so annoying .

@Anonymous User visit My Account and click on the Cancel Pass next to your current movie pass (and if you've got one your entertainment pass).

If you can't see anything when you go to My Account this means you've not entered any card details and you've never started any passes on this account. This dosn't mean you don't have any account with us it just means this isn't the right account.

What we can do is take a look for you on our systems at the account you've given us and help you find the right one if this isn't it. We'll send you an email shortly.
