Have been trying to cancel passes the day BEFORE payment was due (and my last date to cancel). But it said I can't while they are trying to take payment, so 'get in touch' but the link never works (been trying on and off for two weeks now).
I want to cancel my passes then use a voucher I have just won at McDonald's for the entertainment pass.
Also, can't find the live chat anywhere.

I can't answer all your questions but I can give you some cancellation advice, and that is whenever I am going cancel a pass I never wait until the last day before payment because the Now TV system cannot deal with cancellations so close to the payment date.
Instead I make my cancellations between 25 - 10 days before my next payment date, I call this the sweet spot because you will still get your full month of viewing and you will definitely NOT be charged for the following month.
This has worked for me as well as other "experienced" forum members.
