Trouble in managing the passes

It seems I’m allowed to access NOW TV only trough the app. However the app only shows my passes. I cannot manage them inside the app.

 

if I sign in the web I don’t see the passes and everything is disabled. If I look for my account, using the find function, I don’t find anything.

 

Any clue?

 

How might I cancel my subscription? I don’t feel comfortable knowing I won’t be able to cancel it, if I need.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Have you tried going into your NowTV Playback devices under the My Account section of the App to see what email address / user name that you have logged in with them.

 

Also, when logging into your NowTV website account, maybe try another internet browser when checking or cancelling any passes on your account.
