Trial or paid??

I signed up to a 7 day trial on Saturday and decided that I don't want it and when I went to cancel on Monday morning it's saying on sat I paid 9.99 and can watch until 3rd January.  Come on I choose a TRIAL 7 DAYS..  I've cancelled anyway but whats going on here? have I been charged??

That sounds a bit odd! If I were you go onto live chat by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
