Hello,
I signed up to a rolling £21-per-month contract last September. I paid two payments of £5 and £60 for the installation and hub. Since then, stated under my payment history with Now TV, I have paid £21 on October 1st and £42 on November 1st. Why is the November charge double the contracted amount? The PDF breakdown for that month's payment is so poor that it fails to explain the inflated amount. Neither the October nor November payments are showing on my bank statement either, whereas the initial payments of £5 and £60 did...
What's happening here? Not very transparent and needlessly messy.
