Too many payments

Hey,

I have purchaced entertainment monthly pass, but on checking my online banking i see the payment for the pass then straight after there were 4 more payments taken from my bank paid to now tv. I dont know what these payments are for, just says now tv . They are small amounts but they still add up . Anyone else had this problem? Im new to now tv so dont know if this is common. Many thanks

Hi. I just had this problem too. My first pass was fine but I added a cinema one and have been charged three times. Not impressed when there’s no way of contacting these people as they’ve closed live chat. Have you had any joy getting your money back or getting in touch with them?
