Too many devices

Hello.
Me and my wife have moved into our new home and after waiting nearly 3 weeks to get our broadband turned on we have finally received our new tv box and broadband box!! But here is the problem. I set it all up when I got home from work but it is saying we have too many devices and we can not watch our now tv on OUR actual tv I reset all devices but it still won't let me watch anything please help me get this sorted I feel we are paying money for nothing!!

Jump over to live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask them to reset your device slots.

 

Then watch on the four devices you want to automatically add to your account.
