Tier 4, now locked out of my Now TV account for christmas films

Hello

 

My fiance and I both use Now TV simultaneously as he often likes to watch sports and today I purchased the entertainment package to watch on my tablet.

 

When trying to start watching a film this afternoon I had a look at the devices and removed the wrong tablet (I was trying to remove our old tablet) and I am now unable to add it back until 1st January after the christmas period.

 

Can you please help. I am happy to be charged for a new addition I just dont want to waste the months subscription and miss out on my Christmas films.
