Thought my payments were cancelled along time ago ?

Hey i have just again CANCELED the Now tv bundle I had for my kids but i had already cancelled this many many many MANY months ago so why have I been getting charged ????
Im sure if you can check the activity it will show this ??? Thanks -

If you go to My Account > My Passes and under FAQ "I think i have been charged incorrectly" there is a link form that you can fill in and send to nowtv or alternatively you can contact nowtv live chat where they can check into what's happened with your account cancellation and look at some sort of refund where applicable.

 

Here's a link for live chat, where if you click on the drop down arrow below Anything else it should reveal the live chat button.
