If you go to My Account > My Passes and under FAQ "I think i have been charged incorrectly" there is a link form that you can fill in and send to nowtv or alternatively you can contact nowtv live chat where they can check into what's happened with your account cancellation and look at some sort of refund where applicable.
Here's a link for live chat, where if you click on the drop down arrow below Anything else it should reveal the live chat button.
