I posted an article that I'm still waiting for refund where you added movies to my account without authorisation. I've not watched and want my £9.99 back as we didnt order. I've cancelled so no future additions. you've now added entertainment for another £9.99. I've emailed but basically wanted to share with other users that you're nothing but a f*cking thieving bunch of c*nts and you should be avoided.

Firstly, enough of the swearing as its a breach of community rules.
Secondly, this is a customer to customer forum, so only folk like you and me (customers) will see your post.
Did you take out a trial on the offers section which is for all 3 memberships? (entertainment, movies and boost) If so then you will need to cancel all 3 unless you want to get charged.
For any type of refund, you will need to speak to staff directly, via live chat. By clicking "chat online".
