I have just spent half a day trawling around Now TV trying to contact them directly and the fabled GET in TOUCH button a phone number or live chat has never been seen in 4/5 hours of looking. Not impressed with this user vicious piece of software. Can anyone out there point me in the direction of a phone number or any method of talking to a NOW TV rep about what I want to do please.... Thanks
You should be able to get in touch with nowtv via live chat or send them a message by clicking on the Help button (top right of your internet browser when on the forum) and select the most relevant help topic, where you should see a blue get in touch button on the help article page.
If you then click on the this blue get in touch button it should divert you then to the nowtv contact options.

Whenever I click on it, I get the "not available" sign of a red circle with a red diagonal through it. I was getting this last night as well when I was trying to enter Entertainment Pass numbers which weren't recognised. They were bought as cards from Tesco yesterday, so they are definitely genuine.
