Hi, I cancelled my broadband in Late January but I’m still getting charged. Can someone please help me to understand why? I moved to Vodafone and it’s not easy to find help from Now.

How did you do the move to Vodafone?
Did you let them take control of your line? Which means that they should have cancelled the service with NOW for you.
Otherwise call the broadband team using the number provided by @redchiz1
