Hi,
just wondered if anybody can help....I don’t seem to be able to get through to speak to a human...
im out of contract and due to move house. As I’m moving to a village I don’t want a new contract with now broadband as signal horrendous....constantly dropping out according to others who have tried. however I can’t get my chosen different provider installed until some 2 weeks after I move...as even intermittent internet will be better than none at all I wondered if I transfer Now to my new home will it be considered a new contract or will I still be on the rolling one?

If still no joy, then use the web form on the same link to send them a message with all your questions, where hopefully they will give you all the answers.
