Telling me my entertainment pass has already been used
Can someone help me, my husband has just came home with a nowtv box along with a 3 month entertainment pass. When I try to activate it, it tells me that is has already been used? I just scratched off the code on the voucher so I don’t understand why it is telling me this
The same thing happened to me the other week. I went on live chat who sorted it out for me and sent me another pass to use via email. They will probably ask you to provide a photo of your receipt and/or the pass in question.
