My telephone hasn't worked for a number of days, broadband is OK.
Your service checker online says problem is your end
Phone lines are swamped so this is only way I can contact
When will it be sorted?

You don’t speak to staff on the forum, even if you did I know they would direct you to broadband support by telling you to call them.
