Talk to a human

Hi does anyone know how I inform the company that my broadband has been connected but my Now box has been returned to sender, therefore I'm Not connected YET!!  They are now cancelling my contract but I just want them to send me another box, ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP??

Instead of creating a new thread for this, you could have searched the forum for the number as there are beyond countless threads of ways to contact NOW. In fact even the latest thread such as this which is marked as resolved.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
