Payments seem to come out of my account when you choose I paid for my broadband on the 5th January and you have taken another payment out the 15th January and this seems to be happening regularly

This has been happening to me since June 2020 I’m now due to have my services suspended because everytime I pay my bill not even two weeks later they want the next payment.
im constantly struggling to pay one bill a month never mind two and any time Iv contacted them I get a foreign sounding person who basically tells me pay it or lose services no help they don’t even listen to what I’m saying it’s a bloody disgrace
Keep calling the broadband team until you get it sorted.
