Taken monthly payments despite cancelling pass.

I cancelled my free pass and I still got charged 11,99 how do I get my money back

There are a couple of issues with Cancel:-

 

Firstly, don’t do it at the last minute, because the payment process, which can take 24 hours, may have already been initiated;

Secondly, make sure you follow the Cancel procedure to the bitter end; it’s easy to get halfway, think you are done, but you aren’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
