I cancelled my free pass and I still got charged 11,99 how do I get my money back

Use the following to get to Live Chat, and explain your predicament, and if they can see you haven’t used the Movie Pass, they will likely refund it:-

There are a couple of issues with Cancel:-


Firstly, don’t do it at the last minute, because the payment process, which can take 24 hours, may have already been initiated;

Secondly, make sure you follow the Cancel procedure to the bitter end; it’s easy to get halfway, think you are done, but you aren’t.
