They've done exactly the same for me too. Thought I'd made a mistake and not properly cancelled after my free month so blamed myself. This time I screeshotted it when I cancelled and they've renewed it again. Genuinely fraud from them.

First month is free which is wisely hidden and this is automatically subscribed I paid the second month thought it was my fault not reading the underlines... and then cancelled subscription, set up a password then BANG. third month money was made paid for the CINEMA SUBS, lost a plot...so fricking piissed off..

I WAS PRETTY WEARY WITH SETTING UP MY BANK DETAILS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE AND DIDN'T EVEN SEEN ANY HINT OF ME SUBSCRIBING FOR CINEMA PASS. TIME TO CANCEL ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE ASAP,, THATS NOW.

I have cancelled too before the trial ended. They took money then I emailed saying I wanted it cancelled and it stopped for a few month and now they have charged again I have saw this has happened to a lot of people I have proof I cancelled so I’m getting legal action as it’s fraud and I haven’t been refunded a penny of what they took
Cancelled twice with these shower of theifs and still taking my money absolute joke I want my money back or Ofcom it will be. Absolute joke of a company.

Can you please look under My Account/Bills & Payments, and report back whether you can see the payments that were taken recorded there or not?

Could anyone - even a very small child - be turning it on again without your knowledge?
This would reveal itself as a pattern of payments varying in date by more than a day or so, from a fixed monthly renewal date.
Also, you should set a Payment PIN under My Account/Settings & PINs to preclude any chance of this in the future.
You really need to ask Live Chat what is going on though - are your Cancels failing for some reason under your control, or some reason under NowTV’s control, do they have records of your Account being used after the Cancels, and so on.
I know it’s a pain, but if something is going wrong at the NowTV end, and you can help get it fixed, you will be doing everyone a favour.
And if it isn’t, it’s something you are doing or not doing, and they can tell you what, you will be doing yourself a favour.

I was trying to cancel my free trial but couldn't fine where in your website corner is. Until the day it reached the expiry date, so u shouldn't take a payment yet. And onethink more I didn't even watch because most the movies didn't played in my devices. And yet u want me to pay the amount? No I will not pay it, sorry! I am not happy to pay it because the services Is not useful and I as I said, I was trying to Cancel it but the services doesn't want me to do it.

You Cancel under My Account/Passes & Vouchers, on the web, in the app, or indeed anywhere you can get My Account up with these details.
You need to Cancel no later than the sixth day of the trial, as once the billing cycle starts, up to 24 hours before the payment point, even though it won’t actually take the money until the eighth day, you can’t Cancel while the payment cycle is in progress.
Difficulties with playback are best reported on Live Chat when they happen, so they can be investigated at the time.
NowTV will likely have taken the payment by now, so it’s not a case of you not paying it, it’s a case of you trying to get it back.
But first, now you know where Cancel is, go in and Cancel the running Passes.
Next, get on to Live Chat as below, who will be able to see that you haven’t used the paid-for Pass, and either help resolve your difficulties with watching NowTV so you can get your money’s-worth, or consider a refund for you.
