Taken money again even though cancelled, second time

Now tv have taken money from my account again even though I added a discount code and cancelled them straight away to be sure I wouldn’t be charged. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last time I didn’t enter any discount code and they just took money which wasn’t theirs to take and tried saying someone must have done it. I was out all day so know no one had, they did refund but that isn’t the point. Also I’m trying to cancel them now and it’s not letting me do it. Also it won’t let me sign in using my email address and says that both my email and password are wrong, but will let me sign in with my username. Nowtv are doing this to other people too taking money, wonder how much money they are getting away with stealing from customers each year.

Seen other posts on here about it, conveniently it won’t allow me to reply to those posts.

I will be cancelling my whole now tv package and instructing my bank to never pay anymore money to now tv. It has really rattled me. Also considering contacting ofcom and watchdog. I recommend others do the same as this is fraud, regardless of how big a company they are, they aren’t untouchable.

I was trying to cancel my free trial but couldn't fine where in your website corner is. Until the day it reached the expiry date, so u shouldn't take a payment yet. And onethink more I didn't even watch because most the movies didn't played in my devices. And yet u want me to pay the amount? No I will not pay it, sorry! I am not happy to pay it because the services Is not useful and I as I said, I was trying to Cancel it but the services doesn't want me to do it.

You Cancel under My Account/Passes & Vouchers, on the web, in the app, or indeed anywhere you can get My Account up with these details.

 

You need to Cancel no later than the sixth day of the trial, as once the billing cycle starts, up to 24 hours before the payment point, even though it won’t actually take the money until the eighth day, you can’t Cancel while the payment cycle is in progress.

 

Difficulties with playback are best reported on Live Chat when they happen, so they can be investigated at the time.

 

NowTV will likely have taken the payment by now, so it’s not a case of you not paying it, it’s a case of you trying to get it back.

 

But first, now you know where Cancel is, go in and Cancel the running Passes.

 

Next, get on to Live Chat as below, who will be able to see that you haven’t used the paid-for Pass, and either help resolve your difficulties with watching NowTV so you can get your money’s-worth, or consider a refund for you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
