I have just checked my bank account and notice that Now TV have take two of the same payment from my account. I have tried to sort this out with their chat service and look for a response from Now on this site and I havent found anything useful.
NOW TV NEEDS TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.

I have a similar problem
i cancelled my sport subscription when football was no longer being played however they are still taking money out of my account even though they are not issuing bills!
there is no way of contacting this useless company and I may well have to cancel my bank card to stop this theft of my money.

Unless you have contacted Now TV by filling out a complaints form there is no way that Now TV will get in touch.
There are a couple of things, another account could have been created using the same payment details.

Thank you for your response.
I have filled in a complaints form, and I'm still awaiting a response from them regarding my complaint.
I used the tool to search for an account and no accounts came up not even mine. I double checked the card details that I use and they were correct. So that didnt help me at all.
I'll give Now till the end of the week to respond and then I'll have to make another complaint.
