I have had a message that in August my TV will be cancelled, I don't know why as I have not cancelled it and I pay monthly, with no problems.

@Anonymous User it sounds like you access NowTV on one of the older LG TV's that use the NetCast operating system. Sadly, those TV's will no longer get security updates so NowTV can't actively keep your account safe. As such, you won't be able to access NowTV on that particular TV.
There is one possible solution. If you contact customer services explaining that you have no other way to access NowTV once the support is withdrawn, they may be kind enough to send you a free NowTV stick which you can plug into the same television to access the service. The email address is
