Switching prices

I've just made a sport membership last month and yesterday I've seen NOW is giving some kind of discount. I pay 33.00 and now is 20.00. How can I get the discount?

Hi @Chrismareira 

 

You should be able to purchase the £20 per month for 9 months Sports deal by going to the NOW website offers page section because you have 30 days or less remaining on the £33.99 sub.

 

The £20 per month offer should automatically kick in on your next scheduled payment due date.

Forgot to mention if you want to chance your arm, then get in touch with NOW live chat to see if they can refund the £33.99 or give you the difference between £33.99 and £20 if you have just made a payment.

 

And whilst contacting them, see if they will automatically add the £20 per month offer instead of you manually doing it yourself under the NOW website.
