Hi,
I recently switched banks and the switchover date was 1 day before my Now TV direct Debit. I checked the Now TV website which says that the payment went through yet I can't see that on any of my bank statements.
Is there a way to confirm the payment with NowTV ?

I find that when NowTV take a payment on the date shown in the My Account > Bills & Payment section on here, that when i check my internet banking it always takes 3 further days for me before the payment transaction is shown and carried out on my online internet bank statements.
How many days have gone bye since the pass payment date shown on your nowtv account under Bills & Payments ?

Most banks use an automated Switching service when you move to a new bank - this is designed to automatically transfer any payments to your new account, even if companies try to take the money from your old account.
You should be fine.
