Switched to now tv broadband

Hello I have recently switched to now tv broadband from Vodafone broadband and I was wondering did I have to cancel my old provider or does now tv do it because I haven't had any correspondence from Vodafone to say it's been cancelled. I'm worried I'm gonna have to pay for both broadbands. Any info would be a great help.

Each time I have switched providers I always cancelled my existing provider after making the switch.

What I can advise is to get in touch with Vodafone to cancel or better yet to call the broadband team first to see what they say.
