I phoned now to tell them my son was moving house and wanted to take broadband to his new address i pay for this service plus my own . Instead if switching if my sons old address they cancelled my broadband leaving us both with no service and both having to set up new accounts which will take up to two weeks on top of this i have been told my landline number will have to change which i am not happy with but they say i dont have a choice i am so angry with now broadband with the stress this has caused myself and son i want to contact the ceo but dont know how to contact them any help would be appreciated

I did also managed to find this link article about the NOW Complaints procedure.
Should NOW can't retrieve your existing landline telephone number then maybe contact another ISP who can.

The CEO of Sky who are the sister company of NOW was a guy called Jeremy Darroch from reading the link from the Digital Spy Forum below (where somebody has included an email address).
Reading this news article below Dana Strong has taken over the Sky CEO roll this year from Jeremy Darroch.
Maybe try removing the Jeremy Darroch part of the email and insert Dana Strong instead ?
