I wanted to watch FI and then followed the instructions for a subscription. Once completed and logged in I was directed to get an app. Trying to do so I was told I was not in the right country to get the app. My devices are registered in Kenya. Can I get a refund of my subscription?
The product works in the UK only. So if you changed your device account to UK you’ll be able to download and watch.
That said to get a refund you need to speak with staff via live chat. Make sure your signed in and click the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
Then if you don’t intend on using your account follow the steps in this link.
