I have just brought a two month entertainment pass and cancelled it so it would not renew. My account is saying that I only have a month to watch

This happens with some sorts of offers, that when you cancel it, it only runs to the end of the existing month.

And you can never tell in advance if it going to do this or not, though I have suggested perhaps it should say so on the tin.

But all is not lost; if you go back to the Pass, then up to the end of the current month you will see that you have the option to reinstate it, or resurrect it, or whatever the term is.

So do that straight away, and it will be uncancelled, and again be for the full two months.

Now leave yourself a reminder to cancel it early in the last month (this is the next month in your case, but the general rule for longer passes is ‘the last month’), and you will get your full two months, while still meeting your aim of cancelling before it ends so it doesn’t renew.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
