I received an email to say i had subscribed to entertainment through amazon, i have not done any thing of the sort and there is no subscription on my amazon account, can someone please clarify whats going on?
It could be a glitch, but have you definitely not got any payments coming off your bank account?
If I were you I’d still contact Amazon to make 100% sure. Because all that NOW staff would say is to contact them as the billing is not through NOW.
What about checking this link for duplicate accounts with the same payment details?
